David Vermuijten, from childhood an avid music fan, quickly gained recognition as a techno and house DJ in his teens. He became increasingly fascinated by music production, so the best option seemed to go to London to study sound engineering at the famous SAE College. After finishing his studies, David stayed in London for a few more years, working in a number of studios, as an audio-engineer.

When he had the opportunity to build his own studio in Antwerp, he went for it. He was joined from the start by Philip Opdebeeck’s Little Major Productions, already an established value on the Belgian music-scene. Philip has his own mastering studio in the house. Recently they were joined by the dynamic team of Static Entertainment, active in all the fields of audiovisual production.

By performing as a DJ, David keeps in touch with the moods and changing tastes of the public and has the opportunity to test studio productions. The DJ’s he works along with in these different sets, prolong their collaboration in the studio.
